In my current 9-5 job, I work for a registered charity based in Darlaston, in the Black Country. They recently took over the old Rubery Owen buildings and have recently set up the Innovation Works @ Rubery Owen. They are holding a free business advice workshop aimed at people interested in starting up their own business or social enterprise amongst other things.
